為讓同學們了解外匯保證金操作, 本課程結合外匯經紀商所提供的免費交易平台帳戶讓學生進行模擬操作,模擬交易賬戶的報價及操作方法與真實賬戶相似。目前台灣合法的外匯平台只有元大、群益、凱基、遠東商銀四大交易商。
模擬賬戶與真實賬戶之間主要差異;包括(但不限於)
缺乏實時市場流通量為依據
可能提供在真實賬戶中未必可買賣的部份為產品。
在模擬環境下執行指令的操作能力可能會導致交易異常加速、並無被拒的指令,及/或並無滑點。在某些情況下,由於模擬賬戶的更新未必會與真實賬戶的更新同步進行,因此保證金要求可能會與真實賬戶的保證金要求有所不同。切記:
外匯保證金交易是一種高風險性的投資,外匯交易商提供極高的融資槓桿率,相對也提高了損失的風險。
以1:100 槓桿為例,$2,000保證金即可買入$200,000的合約,但是當匯價下挫1%,將會造成損失2,000,以致血本無歸。
外匯市場的波動劇烈,國外外匯交易商坑殺投資人的新聞時有所聞, 信譽常為人詬病, 「在外匯市場裡,利用外匯的任何交易計劃,設計一套騙局,且是用來欺騙投資者並且說服他們,讓他們期望可以獲得高利潤的交易。」我們稱為:「Forex Scam」,所以那個設計外匯交易騙局的經紀商就叫做「Forex Scammer」。
最常見的就是讓Slippage(滑點)瞬間加大,或常常重新報價(Requote)使你買或賣在一個比較差的價位。另外有可能產生的就是無預警斷線或讓你的倉位去平倉在「停損點」而非「停利點」,或者把點差(Spead)莫名其妙加大等等。
因此並不建議同學們開立真實帳戶,投資有賺有賠,若因此造成損失,後果自負。
